Olasubomi Archibong is a creative designer with a strong foundation in Architecture, bringing structure, precision, and artistic insight into every project he undertakes. His multidisciplinary approach has made him a standout in the creative space, where he seamlessly blends aesthetic thinking with problem-solving.

His work spans design, marketing, and digital support, including brand identity development, brand strategy, visual design, web and app development, as well as video and sound design. This broad skill set led him to pursue Product Design, a field that allows him to understand user needs more deeply and build tailored solutions that align with both function and experience.

Iposu Elijah Oluwakayode is a media and communications practitioner of over two decades, Iposu Elijah Oluwakayode continues to leave a mark of excellence along his path. He started off as the Producer/Presenter of an entertainment program on Television Deuxieme in 2000 before joining Radio Frequence 1 (both in Togo) for a short stint. Over the years he has worked across electronic, print and online media rising up to the position of Programs Director at Homebase TV, Ghana; Programs Manager Pravda Radio, Ghana; and Ag. Managing Editor, Corporate Guardian Magazine, Ghana. He set up the online news division, hbtvnews.com (now hbtvghana.com) for Homebase TV in 2015.

While in Ghana, he worked with numerous Nigerian companies including Ovation Magazine, Hip Hop World magazine and Dayo Olomu’s M&M Magazine, UK. He also worked as a contributor to New African Women Magazine. He is an Event Compere and Manager, initiator of “Gold Awards for Business Journalism,” “West Africa Film Industry Summit” and “the Pitch”, a side-event of Ghana International Trade Fair. He currently hosts “The Early Edition” Every Monday to Friday.

He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Windsor and has built an impressive career in tech as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. His professional credentials include certifications in Project Management and Scrum Mastery, further establishing him as a multifaceted talent who excels in both corporate and creative spaces. Kola also rose to national prominence as a top-5 finalist on Big Brother Naija 2025, where his confidence and authenticity resonated with a wide audience.

Victor Sanchez Aghahowa confirmed as panellist for NECLive 2025

Victor Sanchez Aghahowa

Victor Sanchez Aghahowa is a Nigerian screenwriter, director, and producer with a career spanning more than two decades. His journey includes roles as writer and assistant director to showrunner and executive producer on numerous successful TV shows and films across the continent.

In 2001, he completed the first draft of his screenplay “Letters to a Stranger.” In 2003, he created and sold his inaugural TV show, “Bachelors.” He joined the inaugural writer’s room for West Africa’s largest show in 2005, “Tinsel,” and served as an assistant director on Nigeria’s most prominent reality show in 2008 “The Apprentice Africa”.

Victor started directing multiple projects with Multichoice in 2009 and in 2012, he created and directed the first web series in West Africa to run a full season, “How She Left My Brother” before taking on the role of showrunner and executive producer for TV with “Dowry” on EbonyLife TV.

Victor has since contributed to notable shows such as ‘MTV Shuga’, ‘Hush’,’ Jemeji’, ‘Enakhe’, and ‘Diiche’. He has presently written, directed, and produced over 1000 hours of content and contributed to the creation of over 30 successful TV and film projects.

He is recognized for imparting storytelling and writing knowledge through classes at various universities and training institutions. Victor also serves as a sought-after consultant, specializing in optimizing production systems and script development for numerous media entities.
Currently, he holds the position of Head of Production, West Africa, for Multichoice Africa.
