Dolapo Amusat is a creative leader shaping Africa’s cultural future at the intersection of music, media, and technology. He is the Founder and CEO of WeTalkSound (WTS), West Africa’s largest youth-led creative network, spanning a record label and distribution division, a marketing and creative agency, a video production unit, and an events arm.
Under his leadership, WTS has collaborated with artists such as Joeboy, Lojay, Victony, Reminisce, and Teni, while delivering campaigns for EMPIRE, Sony Music, and Aristokrat Records.
Previously, Dolapo was a Product Marketing Manager at Google, where he led Africa-wide creative projects including Rema’s historic O2 concert YouTube livestream. He is a member of the Recording Academy (Grammys) and the BET Awards voting academy, and has spoken at Stanford Graduate School of Business, MTV Base, Entertainment Week Lagos, and the NollywoodWeek Film Festival in Paris.
