Toyin Lawani Confirmed to Speak at NECLive9

Business and Fashion Mogul, Toyin Lawani is confirmed by ID Africa to speak at Nigerian Entertainment Conference (NECLive), on Friday, April 29, 2022.

The most significant entertainment conference in Africa, NECLive9 gathers accomplished entertainment and creative professionals from Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, and Kenya to discuss the event’s theme, ‘Sustaining the Africa Momentum.’

Toyin Lawani is the founder, creative director, and CEO of Nigeria’s celebrities to-go fashion brand, Tiannah’s Place Empire. She owns and manages 33 other brands under her wings at Tiannah’s Place Empire including, Tiannah Styling Fashion Academy, Exquisite Magazine, and Tiannah’s Glow.

She is the author of “The Business Mogul Guide”. She also runs a charity organisation, The Toyin Lawani Foundation, which offers yearly scholarship programs to train people with the dream of learning the art of fashion and styling. 

Toyin Lawani is currently one of the cast of Showmax reality TV show, The Real Housewives of Lagos. Widely recognised, she won the 2018 Best Female Fashion Designer Award at the International Achievement Recognition Award (IARA) in London, England.

She will join the conversation at NECLive9 to provide credible insights on how African creatives and entertainers can leverage the opportunities technological devices and tools offer to create wealth for themselves, drive their country’s economic growth, and sustain visible growth in the entertainment sector.

Other speakers Toyin will be engaging with include actor and comedian Mr Macaroni, founder of ChessInSlums, Tunde Onakoya, Dr. Busola Tejumola, the Executive Head of Content and West Africa Channels at MultiChoice, TV host and filmmaker, Bolanle Olukanni, Broadcaster Osi Suave, and Broadcaster Mozez Praiz.
